In a 2017 survey commissioned by the Project Management Institute's (PMI) Brightline Initiative, 90% of respondents from around the world admit they fail to achieve all their strategic goals because they don't implement well. I founded Impact OBM because I believe Your Dream Matters and wanted to transition from helping one organization achieve their strategic goals to helping many.  The more program admin that become self-sufficient in project management and leadership, the more their projects will deliver a ripple effect of positive impact to the people their programs and organizations serve.
